Isaiah 25:6-10a:
The LORD of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; A banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, And refined, aged wine.  And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil which is stretched over all nations. He will swallow up death for all time, and the Lord GOD will wipe tears away from all faces, and He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; for the LORD has spoken. And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us.  This is the LORD for whom we have waited; Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” For the hand of the LORD will rest on this mountain…”

Psalm121
1 I will lift up my eyes unto the hills; *
from whence comes my help?
2 My help comes from the Lord, *
who has made heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot be moved, *
and he who keeps you will not sleep.
4 Behold,he who keeps Israel *
shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord himself is your keeper; *
the Lord is your defense upon your right hand,
6 So that the sun shall not burn you by day, *
neither the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; *
indeed,it is he who shall keep your soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in, *
from this time forth forevermore.

St.Matthew 17:1-9:
“Six days later Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John his brother, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves. And He was transfigured before them; and His face shone like the sun, and His garments became as white as light. And behold,Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him.  Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, I will make three tabernacles here, one for You, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.” While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased; listen to Him!” When the disciples heard this, they fell face down to the ground and were terrified. And Jesus came to them and touched them and said, “Get up, and do not be afraid.” And lifting up their eyes, they saw no one except Jesus Himself alone. As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man has risen from the dead.”
